• Substack — our newsletter is hosted and delivered via Substack. When you subscribe, your email address is stored by Substack in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can read at substack.com/privacy. We can export and delete your data from Substack at any time upon request.
• Flock Analytics — our website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most visited). This data is anonymised and aggregated; it does not identify you personally and no data is shared with third parties.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address and name on our newsletter list for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data will be removed from our active list within 30 days.

Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless there is an ongoing coaching relationship.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time — simply unsubscribe from our emails or contact us directly
